Ensuring Quality Professionals For Years To Come

Building Detailed Background & Employment Profile

Starting with our ZenNesters foundation, we fully background check and review all previous employment, ensuring that before we start any training we are working with the ideal candidate to join our team. We then make all zennester hopefuls go through a one hour interview with our founder, so we can build their profile and see if their personalities match to whats written on their resume.

ZenNest Flight Course & Evaluation

Candidates must complete the ZenNest Flight Course, a rigorous online training program covering essential skills such as advanced childcare, household management, property care, and personal assistance. Each candidate’s progress and performance are closely monitored, and only those who excel and pass each session advance to the next stage.

Final Assessment & Certification

After completing the Flight Course, candidates undergo a final comprehensive assessment that tests their practical application of the skills they’ve learned. This includes situational problem-solving, role-playing, and demonstrating core competencies. Upon passing, they are officially certified as ZenNesters.

In-Person Training & Professional Development

Certified ZenNesters participate in hands-on, in-person training to hone their skills in real-life settings. This stage also includes professional development in the home focusing on emotional intelligence, leadership, and continuous improvement, ensuring they are fully prepared to manage every aspect of a household with exceptional care and expertise.
